Registered Holistic Nutritionist, aromatherapy advocate since 2013, crime junkie and self proclaimed hype woman.

I'm pretty new to this so just bear with me. I decided to start this blog to help you, because if you're like me - you need a little help moving towards the right direction.

Okay, so before you start to take all my advice - let me tell you about myself. I grew up like most of the world, in a big, loving and dare I say dysfunctional family. I was an average athlete, decent student, and a pretty good kid. Looking back, I lived a full life but one thing that was always missing were tools to make my life even better. Food was always ready to be eaten on a plate, friends were always available to lean on, and living in the city gave me countless opportunities to get outside and be active. But, I sill needed more.

So, here's what I did:

· Graduated high school (barely).

· Went to and almost quit post secondary.

· Got my associates in psychology, because hello crime junkie brain.

· Decided to enrol in a private school for nutrition, and graduated!

So here I am. Starting up a blog to share the wealth of information I learned from my personal life through experiences and school.

Although you'll find lots of nutritional posts, you may end up hitting some more lifestyle/relatable things. I'm still learning so please be patient.

I want to share my wild ideas, educate people on their health, and possibly share some insightful experiences that may or may not help you get through whatever you're going through.

I'm not sure what you'll take from my blog at all but one thing that you can be certain about is that I am huge on balance in all aspects of our lives. You'll see posts on eating all superfoods and how to improve your digestion but you'll also find me fan-girling over donuts, cakes and literally anything baked. I'll go from mental health to women empowerment and back to finding peace and tranquility in your busy life.

If this is a ride you're willing to get on, then put your seatbelt on, make sure you're above 4 ft (I'm only kidding, all sizes welcome) to ride and let's go find some balance!
